Better Bone Health is a six-week program that introduces tools individuals can use at any age to build and/or maintain bone strength. This course includes six video sessions - three classes focus on nutrition for bone strength including examples of how to prepare some less used bone healthy ingredients and three fitness classes focus on strength and resistance exercises. The fitness videos will give you an opportunity to practice movements and provide immediate actionable steps.
